2,6-dimethylheptan-4-ol dehydration with sulfuric acid

Predict the major and minor products of this reaction. The products are trans (major) and cis-2,6-dimethylhept-3-ene, plus some hept-2-ene.

I just noticed an error in this. I did it some time ago and I suspect that an error crept in during a software beta-test. I notice the correct name is present for one compound, but not for the other. I surmise that I did a copy and paste to get the minor Z-isomer. Unfortunately, that resulted in the methyl group erroneously migrating to C-5 rather than remaining at C-6 where it should have been.
